Grab a cause and effect toy with parts like a ring stacker. Say sounds like mmmm, aaaa, eeee or any sound or word you have heard the child say or babble as you give them a piece. It they repeat you , give the ring immediately. If not, repeat 3 times and give it to them. Need more ideas to support building words
